Needs more attention to guests and their concerns. My room had dead bugs throughout and as you checkout they want to go do a room check for spoons, knives, sheets, pots, dishes and a whole list of irrelevant stuff to a traveler. Cost me extra for my taxi driver waiting until they completed their inventory check. This was not listed in writing anywhere to inform you of this time consuming task.
