This hotel is not a four star hotel. The room lighting was poor, bed was cheap and stiff. The hotel staff are friendly and breakfast was good. I would not stay here again though. If you are expecting a four stat hotel, you will be extremely disappointed. Expedia needs to classify this as a 2.5 star hotel.

The property was close to everything, within walking distance (restaurants/pharmacy/shopping,etc. The view from the roof pool was so nice, they have a workout room which was useful,I received 2 great massages from the spa the staff were so accomodating and very patient w/ me and my limited spanish. My room was brand new on the 12th floor with a new , thicker mattress. they have a large restaurant with EXCEPTIONAL Food as well as quick room service. I have nothing but praise for this hotel and will stay again when I return

It's in a very central north location, plenty of places walk distance: pharmacy, restaurants, stores, a park and even a Mc Donalds right across the street. Loved the attention and service, zero complains, would stay again anytime.
