It was pretty quiet but the beds are stiff the pillows are deflated and you get 1 ply toilet paper, the soaps you get are very minimal and my room key stopped working twice but the price was cheaper than everywhere else and there were no bed bugs!

Everything was “ok” for 1 night. We didn’t get enough towels, the rooms were freezing, we asked for extra towels and were told that we had to go and get them ourselves, there was no TV, only a computer monitor that had dead batteries in the remote and no Chanel’s to watch when you did get the remote to work. The room is fine if you’re here to work but not great if you’re here on vacation.

What is there to say really? It’s super affordable, easy access, easy parking, easy to find and seconds from the highway. Having my own kitchen with fridge and microwave is an huge bonus. Anytime I stay in Barrie this is the place.

Our door lock would never accept our key card. It was frustrating as we had to call front desk to open it a few times. To their credit, they always tried to help but it was annoying to never know if our door would open. Our room was also very cold, especially at night. The next morning I noticed the duct tape for the window and there was a draft. There was considerable construction, which we knew and I won’t criticize that, but the room itself left a lot to be desired. I booked two nights but left after one.

Barrie trip for competition at Georgian College

Chose location to be close to venue. Bedding was dirty on one bed to start. Staff was morning than willing to exchange for clean ones. Kitchen was not very clean. No television except in commo area was disappointing. WIFI well. Parking was free.

I booked via Expedi - hot water was only woking in bathroom ... had to wash hand going to kitchen after using wash room. Asked for change of room , responded - "we are full, can not shift you" ... asked to fix the cold water pipe , responded that " we maintenance available now" ...asked to give some discount for the inconveniences, responded, " You booked via 3rd party - (Expedia)- therefore, can not give any discount) .... Such a pathetic experience !!
