Beautiful Country Property Entire Basement Suite. 10 min to Barriere Town. 45 min to Kamloops, 45 minutes to Clearwater "The Gateway to Wells Grey Park". Pets negotiatable. Outdoor covered patio. Full Kitchen. Crib, highchair, and outdoors toys upon request. Fully fenced 2 acre yard. 65" TV. Chiropractic approved mattress. 20 minutes to 3 beautiful lakes, North, South, and East Barriere lakes. 5 Minutes to cross-country & snowshoe trails

2 small children living upstairs, 2 inside dogs and 2 outside dogs. FYI the dogs will bark when you arrive, just ignore them and they will stop.
