Great staff who are always happy to help. The hotel is clean and tidy, the team responsible for cleaning do a great job. The restaurant has a limited menu but the food is really good. I have stayed here a couple of times now, and will again in the future should I need to be in this area for business again.

This seemed to be in a quiet area of the town, but was close to where I was working. The restaurant was good although not too much choice. I would definitely stay here again.

Inflexible

I accidentally booked a hotel in the wrong city. Ok I know it was non-refundable but I was coming from another country and got the location wrong. Hotel.com were very helpful and tried to be flexible but the hotel would not….they wouldn’t refund. Such lack of flexibility is sad. I notified them well in advance so they could have rebooked the room.
