Next to train station so it was very convenient. The hotel was clean and pretty. My room was very clean as well and the bed was very comfortable. I would have liked a firmer pillow because the one they had was too soft. The room also came with a balcony so that was a nice bonus. The trams are also right in front of the hotel.

The hotel was in a great location and staff were very helpful and friendly. If you are a light sleeper ask for a room at the back as the front overlooks the tram stops that run all night.

Check-in: Check-in was quick and efficient, making arrival hassle-free. Room: I received a complimentary upgrade to the Villa Ambiente. The room was very spacious, beautifully presented, block out blinds and extremely comfortable. The large rainfall shower was a standout feature. Wifi worked well. Breakfast: Breakfast was on the smaller side, but there were enough choices to start the day well. Location: The hotel is perfectly located just across from Basel SBB station, making it ideal for easy transport connections and exploring the city. Overall: A smooth stay with excellent service, a great room, and unbeatable location.

We had one of the larger rooms in the "villa" annex, and it was very spacious and comfortable. Everything was very modern, including window blinds that are operated electrically. It took a bit of experimentation to figure out what all the switches did. The walk-in shower was especially nice.

A very nice hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location. 2 minutes walk from main trains station in Basel. Hub for city transportation nearby. We would stay again if in Basel.
