Charming Riehen Hotel

Charming hotel in Riehen, sadly we didn’t get to sample the restaurant as were visiting family, however the room, decor and friendliness of the staff were all great. Also the hotel enjoys fast tram and bus links to the centre of Basel as well as being very close to the railway station.

Ein Hotel, das wir auch zukünftig Buchen werden

Als erstes bedanke ich mich für die hilfreiche Unterstützung bei der Buchung des Hotelaufenthalts und den freundlichen Empfang. Der Umbau des historischen Gasthogebäudes zu einem modernen Hotel ist sowohl technisch als auch gestalterisch gelungen. Im Zimmer wird angeregende Literatur zur Verfügung gestellt. Etwas problematisch ist die Trennung von Dusche/WC und Waschbecken. Erfreulicherweise konnte uns eine PKW-Garage zur Verfügung getellt werden. Das Abendessen im Restaurant war ausgezeicnet, ebenso der Milchkaffee der Makte moka Efti.

A small nice hotel with excellent breakfast!

I really like the stay in the hotel. Particularly: - one of the very best breakfasts that I had in hotels in Switzerland - the staff let me do late check out - availability of free tea and coffee amenities in shared areas - very good restaurant onsite - just in front of the tram stop to Basel

Ladestation ist auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz, aber nur 2 Minuten zu Fuss vom Hotel entfernt, also kein Problem. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Restaurant Essen war Top. Komme gerne wieder!

Feiner kleiner Landgasthof in Riehen mit eigenen Parkplätzen, die vorab reserviert werden müssen. Die warme Küche startet um 28:00 h abends. Unmittelbare Näher zur Fondation Beyeler und vor der Haustüre die Tramhaltestelle 6 nach Basel. Direkt zum Theater Basel. Mit der BaselCard hast du freie Benutzung des ÖV für 2 Tage

Coronabedingt wenig gastlich

Leider war das Restaurant für uns nicht offen, sodass wir uns take away verpflegen mussten. Das Ganze wirkte etwas unpersönlich.
