** This resort does not have elevators and all 3 Bedroom units are located on the 3rd Floor. Please ensure requests are placed with the resort directly if accessibility needs require facilitation.

** Please note – While conditions can change daily, Owners and guests are currently experiencing a higher than normal level of sargassum/seaweed, making full enjoyment of the beach difficult. A complimentary shuttle is offered twice per week to selected alternative beaches as a result of seaweed, subject to change based on the condition of the beach.

** Beginning Aug. 23, 2026 to Nov. 23, 2026, the resort will be undergoing villa refurbishment. Work will occur daily during daytime hours, so please anticipate construction noise during this time. All other resort amenities are expected to remain open and fully operational for your enjoyment.
