The property is also ideally located within walking distance of Batehaven CBD — approximately 1.2 km or a 16-minute stroll. Here, you’ll find a fantastic range of local attractions and amenities, including scenic lookout points with views across the beach to Snapper Island and the Tollgate Islands. Batehaven offers everything you need, from an IGA and chemist to the Batemans Bay Cycleway, lolly shop, bakery, cafés, takeaway outlets, fish and chip shop, and the popular Heat Pizza.

During the summer holiday period, families will love the annual Bells Family Carnival, held nearby in Batehaven. Running throughout the school holidays, it offers rides, games, fairy floss, hot food, a Ferris wheel, and fireworks on New Year’s Day and Australia Day — a fantastic experience for children and adults alike.
