A very comfortable stay in an upgraded room. The staff were friendly, polite and eager to please. I did have a serious problem with an evening meal which was dealt with initially by the restaurant supervisor and subsequently by the extremely efficient restaurant Manager the next morning. We would be happy to stay at an Apex Hotel in the future.

If you need to check in on time then forget it, receiption is a disaster, staff have no customer service, only good person was bar man. Every one else was just out for themselves and the young staff they had were treated like slaves by their older colleagues!

Amazing experience.

Service was 5/5 from checkin to checkout. Location was perfect and very close to the city centre and shops. Able to walk everywhere on foot and just a 11 mins walk to the train station.
