We had a lovely stay at Grosvenor Villa. Richard greeted us at the door and gave us a little bit of history on the property. The room was lovely and clean with nice complimentaries stocked. The villa was about a 30 minute was to the centre, but the walk was lovely along the canal. The breakfast had a good amount of options and Richard happily made us toast and porridge if we wanted it. I would 100% recommend.

The best fellow that we have met, very warm personality. He made the place feel like a giant welcoming castle with lots of great stories to tell. It was clean and beautiful rooms with great amenities. We really recommend to stay there and hope to come back again.

Personligt och med bÄde humor och enastÄende charm blev vi omhÀndertagna av husets Àgare. Frukost serverad i matsal med vita servetter i form av franska liljan. Rekommendationer kring restauranger promenadvÀgar och sightseeing kom i god tid. Skall definitivt Äterkomma om vi tar oss an Bath igen.

We stayed at Grosvenor Villa for two nights during our visit to Bath and had a wonderful experience. The accommodation was very comfortable, and Richard proved to be an excellent host—warm, welcoming, and full of helpful suggestions about places to visit. The facilities were excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. The villa itself carries a fascinating history, brought to life through Richard’s intriguing stories, making it a destination worth visiting in its own right. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Grosvenor Villa.

FuldstÊndig vidunderligt og stemningsfyldt ophold med den mest charmerende og imÞdekommende vÊrt. Meget smukt og stemningsfyldt indrettet, vidunderlig spisestue, hvor den blide jazz sÊtter stemningen i den smukke stue og den skÞnne morgenmad , alt sammen krydret med sjove og charmerende anekdoter fra vÊrtens liv. Vi elskede hvert et minut og vil helt sikkert vende tilbage. Beliggenheden ind til centrum af Bath er en skÞn gÄtur langs floden og selve Byen er ogsÄ en smuk oplevelse, som er svÊr at fÄ nok af.

Elegant and unique B&B

Wonderful stay at Grosvenor Villa, the host Richard was a lovely host who gave us some very helpful tips on Bath. Elegant room with tea, biscuits and free red wine. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We can really recommend staying at Grosvenor Villa, for a most memorable stay.

Wonderful stay

The Grosvenor Villa is an amazing building with a lovely garden. The Pride and Prejudice room was great, spacious, clean and we loved the extra touches (wine, bath robes). The riverside walk to the centre took about 20 minutes and through Sydney gardens. Breakfast room was unique and the continental breakfast was delicious. The owner Richard was very helpful and friendly and told us lots of interesting facts about the area and the house.

Our stay in Bath

We had a wonderful time. We’d highly recommend. The bed was very comfortable. There was wine, cookies, coffee & tea in the room each day. The room was cozily decorated. The bathroom was large, and the tub wonderful. Richard the host was fabulous! So entertaining and charming. The continental breakfast was sumptuous, with many choices including wonderful porridge. We recommend staying here if you are visiting Bath.

Nicest place we have ever stayed.

This is an absolutely stunning place to stay. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on. The owner was gracious and welcoming. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and the beautiful dining room just made the whole thing magical. It wasn’t just a place to stay, it was an experience. I would stay here again if we ever come back to Bath. *The only note I would say is not suitable for anyone who can’t walk a lot of stairs*

Really lovely place, very well looked after and the man who runs it is a really nice happy guy. We only stayed for 1 night but we stay longer next time.
