it's a 3 star hotel with cobbled together building

Pros: Little.
Cons: the hotel is 3 stars at most. the hotel should close off the rooms in the annex.
Location: it was in the heart of bath, but so what.
our room was terrible. the staff tried to convince me that the room booked on travelocity which was purportedly an upgrade, which was accessible through the basement (down two flights of stairs) and then walking down a service hallway, down another set of stairs, up another and then up two sets of stairs, was actually in demand because it was quiet. in fact the hotel was cobbled together from separate buildings. the lobby was 2 star. the rooms were 4 star, the location was impossible to find. parking was $60 per night. look elsewhere. by the way, when i called travelocity, the phillipines was no help. fortunately, i booked most of my trip on other sites.
