House is 75yrs.old,its architecture is different from houses in the area. Upstairs walls are on 45's. A work in progress, money generated from rent is put back in house. Pool,spa,decks ready to go. Great location 8min.to anywhere in baton rouge . I rent out the large house on property and live in poolhouse out back when I'm in u.s.a. Sometimes I will be willing to leave property when renter and i agree,otherwise I'm in the back with no access to main building when guess are here. But I wanted to put this disclaimer out so everyone knows the deal. Your privacy is very important to me at all times. I give respect and privacy. I have been at this address for 32yrs.now and I must say it's a quite and peaceful neighborhood. People walking mornings as well as evening.
Mainly everyone keeps to themselves, hello and goodbye.!!! When I out of town my property manager is Dave Meche he next door. So if you have problem he is very close and he s very attentive. Also a 50mile radius from Baton Rouge is in effect for family bookings,along with minimal age of 25yrs.old,we are not a party based business, no commercial video's are permitted. Only get together of no more than 20 people is permitted, unless otherwise allowed by request of management. Thx for booking with us .!!!!

Fantastic Amenities Quiet Older Neighborhood
Located in between BR airport and LSU stadium. Property is on spacious lot with nearly every cooking and outdoor life amenity one could want. Huge pool and separate hot tub in a bathhouse ! If you are in to 70’s architecture and accents this is the perfect rental.

Beauty in the heart of BR!!!!
The property was on point everything in one package for summertime relaxing, huge clean pool. Relaxing jacuzzi/hot tub, cooking areas of any kind…everything was just amazing. The host Mr. Don is the most understanding, communicative, full of life and family oriented person I’ve ever met. He’s there at your every call….I would absolutely recommend it to anyone and I’m looking forward to coming back myself…God bless you Mr. Don.

The property is retro 70s, beautiful and interesting. The owner had the air on, the hot tub warming and the pool toys blown up for us before we got there. This place would be a great place for a party! We will stay again if we are back in the area. Only negatives were the tv reception and the living room needs blinds or curtains on the windows.

Really disappointed. House is outdated and in need of major renovations/ updates. Stove & refrigerator did not work. Purchased food that needed to be placed in ice cooler. Flies were around all of the sinks. Carpeted dated and stained. Guest bathroom light switch was faulty. Several cabinets were stained and full of old residue. Saw a few other rodents that I will leave to the imagination. Definitely looks like it was a great home 20 years ago. Just hasn’t been maintained well. Plenty of televisions. Fair beds, decent sofa and very spacious. Pool area is huge. Probably biggest draw back was that the owner was staying on property ( separate quarters) during our entire stay but had to use an entrance that was in plain view, but even worst invaded our privacy. I’m sure if this information is disclosed some may still choose to stay there. But non disclosure isn’t right.

Family Reunion
Property was perfect for our Family Reunion with three teenagers, two babies and adults. Kitchen, TV, pool, hot tub, grills for cooking out etc etc all functional. Beautifully appointed both inside and outside. Host was incredibly responsive and helpful. I would not hestitate to use again!!

Will definitely stay here again.
I can't say enough good about this place. The owner was amazing. The house was beautiful. The hospitality was off the charts. I've stayed at so many different places over the years & this place has to be my all time favorite. Can't wait to stay here again on my next visit.
