Unique, the tours were interesting and the guide was very knowledgeable. We wish there was more of the property to tour. Loved the pond with the chairs in the middle and the visit from the ducks. So cute.

Had a late check in and was accommodated without any issues. Cottage Crepe Myrtle was clean and cozy. The food and staff at Elta Cafe were excellent. Highly recommended would love to return someday soon.

Myrtle Plantation was lots of fun for me and my sister. We stayed in the doll room. Very scary and even locked my sister in the closet lol. Did not experience any paranormal activity very vintage and old rooms. Full size bed not Queen. Separate bathroom from the room which is exclusively yours. Beware stairs up to the rooms are very steep and hard to walk up and down.

Always worth the trip
We stayed here for 2 nights and got married on the grounds. I've stayed here multiple times over the last few years and its always incredible. The beds are small in the main house as they are time period furnishings but they are comfortable. But they do make alot of noise. You may have paranormal encounters. I have had experiences about 50% of the times ive stayed. Breakfast has changed which i was disappointed in but its still delicious.
