Staff was nice but they did give me a room with only one bed. I had reserved 2 beds. They did give me a discount for the inconvenience since they over booked people that requested 2beds. Besides that room was clean and nice employees.

Everything about my stay was wonderful. The aesthetics of the lobby to the comfort and cleanliness of the room, I was impressed with this hotel. The staff was friendly and checked in on my experience. The welcome bag with water and treats was the cherry on top of an already wonderful experience. Definitely 5 stars!

Went to Louisiana for a birthday trip. Was expecting a nice hotel to stay at. When my mother and I had to use the restroom at anytime there was always a really loud noise. It was very unpleasant and made me never want to stay in the restroom for too long. Kind of ruined my birthday trip.
