Old roadside motel, nothing special but fairly well maintained. My problem is the railroad tracks across the street, and there were trains passing throughout the night.

The property has been improved as much as possible without actually renovating the buildings. Many nice personal touches. The train tracks are right across the street & of course that is loud but not constant. The room is old but clean & comfortable. with good amenities.

The receptionist's welcoming way and willingness to accommodate any change if desired was refreshing. As noted by previous reviews, the place may be a little outdated, BUT the more important aspect was that all the required amenities were available and the room was clean, tidy and comfortable. I'd definitely stay again!

Battle Mountain stay

We always stay here when traveling through the area. The rooms are spacious and updated. The beds are comfortable. Best place to stay in Battle Mountain.

In my travels, I usually don't look forward to staying at any particular hotel. This one is an exception. The staff and owner are wonderful, the rooms are spotless and odor-free, parking is extremely convenient, and for a somewhat noisy town it is quite quiet. The beds are more comfortable than any others I find. Showers are large and the shower heads are high, important because I'm tall. I travel with my dog and having the ability to enter and exit the room directly without having to go through a hallway or a meeting area is very convenient. The card entry to the rooms is a tap and go and they work each and every time. I've got nothing negative I can think of. Thanks!
