So-so. Still wondering why the taxes & fees charged to me @ RM44.05 is 57% of the room charges @ RM77.59.. The RM78 advertised is misleading & deceitful. All potential users be wary of what you have to pay before finalising your booking! Since the above experience I prefer to use "hotels.combined" to look for any accomodation.

We we traveling late and made the booking while on the way. When reached the hotel, we were informed that the room we booked were not available. We were then made to choose another room and pay the difference in cash. Since it was already late night we just accepted the arrangement with lots disappointment. Check in process took about 15 to 20 minutes due to staff is unsure what to do with our reservation.

Above shoplot, no lifts so those with accessibility needs be warned. Clean, new place with good working facilities. Location is about 30mins from Batu Pahat.
