I can’t give a recommendation
The only good thing I can tell is the wonderful location and the view over the Black Sea. The rest was awfull. The Hotel is not old (2013) but it seems to be 20 years old. Lot’s of damages in the room. The hotel is completely occupied. The bathroom had an extreme smell, as if the sewage pipe was not in order. We tried to change the room, but it was just as bad in the other room. The Breakfast was terrible, there was no real coffee, only coffee pulver (Nescafé generic). However, we did the best while the six days but I cannot give a recommendation for this Hotel. The 4 stars are a joke.

Lovely balcony overlooking the sea. The room was big and clean with a comfortable bed. However, the bathroom needs updating. The drain smells terrible.

Nice big comfortable room. The breakfast was OK, not outstanding. Staff were friendly but a charge of 30 GEL for a lost key card seemed excessive. The hotel is perfectly located for the beach, but the most interesting part of town, around the City Theatre, is a long walk away.
