Discover the charm of coastal living in this delightful 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath vacation rental, perfectly situated right on the banks of the ICW with breathtaking panoramic views of Sargent Beach. This cozy retreat offers an intimate and inviting atmosphere, ideal for families or small groups looking to escape to the seaside.

The highlight of this exquisite property is the infinity pool that seamlessly blends with the beautiful coastal skies. Imagine lounging by the pool, cocktail in hand, as you soak in the mesmerizing sunsets of Sargent, Tx.

Each of the three bedrooms are tastefully decorated, providing comfortable and restful sleeping arrangements.
The two charming upstairs bedrooms, feature cozy queen-sized beds. These rooms are conveniently connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom, providing both privacy and convenience for guests.
Downstairs, there's a fun and functional bunkroom designed with kids and extra guests in mind. This room features two sets of twin bunks and a half bath for convenience.
(The bunkroom has a separate entrance from the upstairs.)

Perfect Family Vacation spot

Every year we take a family vacation to the beach trying to find the perfect spot to bring our group and this might be it. The house was great with the swimming pool being the cherry on top for the kids. Fishing right off the back side of the house was a huge hit along with the beach just across the street. We’ll definitely be back!

Great Location and Property

Overall a very nice place and location and we would have easily 5 starred this one but we did have some issues that did not quite make it a 5 star place to stay. 1st issue is and this one was a big one, the house is listed for sale and you are subject to have a showing during your stay, this is not disclosed in the property details and it happened to us. 2nd issue is there are two houses next to each other and same owner/host's. It is not clear in the property details that the pool and dock are shared assets between the houses, not a big issue if no one is next door but the day before we left a large family showed up next door and there went the peaceful pool and dock. 3rd issue a lot of the pots and pans were dirty but put up in the cabinets 4th issue check out instructions are somewhat vague and must be for multiple properties. It details a very precise garbage policy about number of bags and bagging and to place in garbage bins and close so racoons do not get in garbage. However there are no bins only a rusted out wire/wooden cage that any animal could get in to. It also states all used linens need to be placed next to the washer/dryer downstairs. There is no washer or dryer at tis property. Last issue was - your supposed to place keys in lock box when you leave but the lock box is so rusted from salt air you need tools or a locksmith to get in it. We were very concerned with leaving the house unsecured like that

The house is right off the ICW. We had fun in the relaxing environment. I woke up in the morning and had my coffee on the beach then returned to the house and started fishing.

Great location and awesome host

Plenty of room for everyone. Luckily had teens staying in bunk room located on lower level. Have to go up exterior stairs to join family on 2nd floor
