Green Turtle Retreat

Great home in a great location!

This home was clean, well furnished, and spacious. We loved sitting at the table under the house by the parking area. The ocean breeze there was wonderful. It was comfortable at all times of the day. TopWater was quick to respond to our needs. We will definitely rent using them again!

Family Summer Trip

Great vacation home. Home provides all that we needed - close the the beach, store, restaurants/food and fishing. Communication response was quick and helpful! Plan to return!

Great Family Getaway!

We stayed a few nights at the Green Turtle during Spring Break, and it was great. Booking was simple, and I'm glad I booked directly through TopWater instead of VRBO because I saved a few bucks. The house is on a quiet canal. It had plenty of room for the 5 of us, inside and out. We enjoyed the screened porch when the mosquitoes got too bad. I also enjoyed sitting on the top deck reading and looking at the stars at night. The house literally has everything you could possibly need! Comfy beds and a fully stocked kitchen were a plus for me. We had a minor issue with the grill & internet, but they were kind enough to quickly bring us a replacement grill and hotspot until the internet was fixed (overnight.) Typically, we wouldn't care about the internet, but my husband had some work to finish on his laptop. The neighbors to the left and directly across the canal were friendly. Fishing wasn't the greatest at the time due to the rain the weekend before and muddy waters (according to the neighbors), but we did catch some small drum, croaker, sea trout, catfish, a red, and a few crabs right off the dock. We still had a blast!! I would highly recommend the Green Turtle, and we will most definitely rent from TopWater again in the future!

Great House

The house was great, the pictures didn't do it justice. We had everything we needed and more. Communication with the property manager was great, easy to reach via text. We caught a lot of fish and crabs off the dock which was fun but no keepers. Unfortunately the hurricane did quite a bit of damage in the area so there were few restaurants/food trucks open and the beach was closed. We would consider coming back next summer when everything gets back to normal. Hopefully everyone will rebuild, Sargent is a hidden gem.
