It also has a nice backyard with outside shower, a paved driveway, 2 car tandem garage and large foyer. Approx. 2500 square feet of living space,1 1/2 BLOCKS TO GUARDED BEACH, OCEAN AND BAY VIEWS FROM ROOF TOP DECK, REVERSE LIVING, OPEN FLOOR PLAN. 10 Beach passes offered not guaranteed. Owner offers reduced security of $500 with the purchase of the damage insurance. If tenant opts out the required security deposit is $1000.
