Beach towels and shower towels are provided. Please rinse off sand before entering the pool or studio.

No parties or unregistered guests are allowed on the property.

NOTE1: Bookings must be made by the person who will be staying at the property. If you are booking on behalf of someone else, please let us know in advance and provide their full name and contact information. This helps us coordinate check-in smoothly and ensure all guests receive the necessary arrival details.

NOTE2: Credit card processing is handled by Stripe, secured and encrypted end-to-end for peace of mind. VRBO securely sends credit card details that the guest enters to Stripe, and Stripe then handles all processing. A credit card transaction fee of 4.95% will apply. And, in the event of any cancellation, the 4.95% credit card processing fee will also apply.

NOTE3: A first payment representing 25% of the total stay will be charged 30 days or less from the date of arrival and a second payment representing the balance will be taken 14 days or less prior to check-in date - Depending on when the reservation is made. Also note that in the event of any cancellation, a credit card processing fee will apply.

NOTE4: A refundable security deposit of 250USD is held on the guest`s credit card on the day of arrival and will be released after check-out inspection.
