We truly enjoyed our stay. The Bay Inn was well-appointed and beautiful. Plus, it's location to downtown makes it an easy walk to restaurants and shopping.

We had a delightful stay. The Inn is within easy walking distance from restaurants and a lovely town park, and it has lovely views of the inlet. The building itself is gorgeous and our room was delightfully furnished, decorated, and appointed. The staff were kind and attentive. Excellent experience!

What a beautiful inn located with walking distance to downtown and the bridge to Lady Island (which you can traverse by foot). The staff, amenities and rooms are perfect. Thank you for such a wonderful stay! We cannot wait to return!

This place was the perfect stop on my way to Hilton head. I absolutely love Beaufort and the Inn is right on Bay St across from the river. My room was airy, and comfortable. The deep porch provided a lovely place to just chill, read and sip a cocktail before I turned in for the night. I will definitely stay again.

Beautiful and historic antebellum mansion. We had a spacious and comfortable room with access to kitchen. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the front porch looking out over the water. It’s in the center of the historic town with good restaurants in easy walking distance. Staff was friendly and welcoming. We hope to return!

607 Bay Inn is a beautifully renovated inn, exquisitely located in the charming, historically significant Beaufort, SC. The inn’s owner and staff are friendly, outgoing and create a warm and welcoming environment for their guests. The water views and convenience to downtown shops and restaurants could not be any better. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 607 as a memorable part of our 50th wedding anniversary celebration. We will definitely return!!

We cannot tell you how wonderful our experience was! The highlight had to be the concern of the owner and staff for our comfort. So appreciated. Related to the inn itself, everything was perfect! The location, the parking, the size and cleanliness of the room, the amenities, the furnishings, the bathroom, and the...(trumpets!!)... front porch, were all so pleasant! A very memorable stay!

I am a history enthusiast about SC. I liked the location for convenience to the annual Gullah Festival and waterfront. The bed was comfortable but the need to change out the pillows is a must because the filler was in bug balls and required constant shaking for comfort. Parking- great. Parking was private and super easy. Room 6 was large, spacious and very nicely accommodating. Shower was larger than expected with excellent water pressure. Location is near a very busy intersection with views of the water, the swing bridge, and lots of action but so worth it to be part of it all for downtown’s hustle and bustle of small town Beaufort, SC. Almost walking distance to everything. A great place to stay.

We were welcomed on arrival by Kristen who walked us through everything we needed to know about the beautiful mansion and showed us to our room. There was always someone there day and night if there were any concerns which made us feel very secure. Our room was beautiful the house well-maintained, and we had access to the communal veranda with a wonderful view of the water and bridge. We were within walking distance of Main Street, which included all shops and restaurants plus the beautiful historic district, which is wonderful to walk through. There is a communal kitchen on both the first and second floor, providing us with essentials such as a refrigerator for drinks, plates, cups, cutlery, coffee, tea, and snacks. We will be returning for sure!
