House Rules

• Keep it cozy, not crazy! We ask that there be no parties or large gatherings to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.

• Quiet time is 10 PM to 9 AM — please help us keep things peaceful for our neighbors and fellow beach lovers!

• Please let us know right away if anything is amiss so we can get it handled for you quickly. Text is best!

• Furry friends are welcome, but please keep pets off the furniture so we can maintain a fresh, clean space for all guests. Additional pet charges may apply.

• Backyard etiquette: Kindly clean up after your pet so the outdoor space stays enjoyable for everyone.

• Towel Care: Please do not use the white bath towels, hand towels, or washcloths to remove makeup, self-tanner, hair dye, or clean up spills or messes. Black makeup towels are provided specifically for makeup removal. Damaged or permanently stained towels may result in replacement charges.

• Please also be sure to clean the grill after use if there is a grill at this property.

• Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property to help maintain a clean, fresh environment for all guests.

• Starter kit provided with essential items for your arrival.

• Minimum age is 25 years old to book at this property.

• Please note: The RV shown on the property is not included with the rental and is not accessible to guests.

TRASH & RECYCLING

Before checkout, please take all trash and recycling to the curb according to the collection schedule and instructions posted on the refrigerator.

If trash and recycling are not placed at the curb as directed, a $50 fee will be charged to cover the additional trip required for disposal.
