Very nice, spacious, clean and comfortable room. Loved the pillows, wish I had one like them! There was a slight odor when you first come in room but not overbearing. Needs an overhead light over kitchen sink area. Donât think coffee and or juice should be extra cost with meals. Was not told that when renting the room.
We always stay here, this time, they changed breakfast to simple buffet, overpriced, should have been included with the room. The room was clean but had awful musty/moldy smell. The staff were wonderful as always.
we appreciate how helpful the staff were when it came to an early check in and needing to move rooms. unfortunately the nice staff fails to cancel out the dirty room with NUMEROUS live and dead insects on the carpet, crawling on the walls, and in the bed! we were able to move to another room which appears to be free of live & dead insects _but_ every drawer and cabinet was open when we first enteres. even the sofa bed was 'open'. super weird. also, not one towel in the room to use after showering. we placed a call asking for towels to be sent up. approximately 4.5 hours later we had to go downstairs to ask for/get towels. this location should be a HARD PASS if needing a hotel room; and we have the photos + video to support this.
We switched from another hotel, when we arrived we had a slight issue with our room but the manager was able to get us switched into another with no issue! Great view, spacious room and comfy beds!
The elevators were in bad shape and barely in working order. We also found a dirty diaper inside the ice bucket along with a dirty wash clothe under the sink area.
It was good except when the air conditioner cycled off, it made a clicking sound. So I couldnât sleep at night. I had to get up and turn it completely off.
The location was tops in terms of distance to the event we came to town for.
The staff were accommodating and friendly.
The internet connection was terrible.
The eleva
Horrible no blanket first night after calling at 9:20 to then have to call back at 10:30 to then get called back told there no blankets available first night slept with a sheet second night arrived back room at 6:30 not cleaned or made towels soap and again no blanket and then the hotel is in bad shape half the stuff donât work there laundry I also have more pictures if need
Elevator service was intermittent. No internet at all. Desk clerk said call internet guru or front desk manager. Roach in room. Notified desk clerk. She seemed not concerned.
This hotel is under construction. All the amenities are not available to guests (no gym, no pool, no outside patio). Thereâs one working elevator! Because I have an iPhone, I was unable to access the Internet. Yes, you read that right. Apple products were not able to access their Internet system. The staff tried to be helpful, but ultimately itâs on the management to correct this IT issue. Itâs the first time Iâve ever stayed at a hotel where there may have been a problem and I was given a helpdesk phone number to call so I could get it fixed. I had an important family matter to take care of, but Iâd hoped to do some work in between dealing with that and could not because I could never get on the Internet. I was offered to walk down to the neighboring hotel and use their Internet, but at 9:30 at night after a long day, that was really not helpful. They appear to know theyâve had this problem for a while and management needs to fix it. I will not be back.
