The wall outlet that the AC unit plugged into was loose and had to be moved around to get power to the AC this was unsafe. The sliding door out of the room was unlocked and difficult to get to lock. There was not a person at check in, it was being handled by someone remotely. I had reserved a room with a king size bed but got a room with 2 double beds.

There were renovations being done there were no door handles on the door coming in the building. The staff is on a video chat and not a live person that can help. I’m still waiting in my 100 deposit to be credited back. The adjoining room by mine had a screaming kid in it then the third night the parents had a huge fight over there

The room was great - clean, updated, everything worked. However, I did not like being checked in by a kiosk - felt unsafe with no staff present and very impersonal. The grounds are not inviting and the stairs a bit dangerous. Might stay again - price is right and room is comfortable.

I started staying because it was the closest to where my son was at,havent stayed anywhere since.never had any complaints about anythinghere.ill be back there in a couple of weeks ,guess that says it all. Its a good stay.also close to your Marine eitner for grad or if theyre at MCAS,one mile away i might add.

When i went to check in the night clerk was asleep and when he came to night window was zipping up his pants, very unprofessional staff, there was homeless person sleeping under stairs when i arrived and was walking up went to enter, the door would not open, the homeless person ran off as i walked up, i only stayed in the room for about 20 minutes, had to leave, when i went to leave thw door that would not open had been opened by someone and would not shut making it accessible to anyone to enter the building. The bathroom was not clean there was debris left in the tub. Being a single woman traveling alone i should have felt more secure upon arrival, and there was no safety at all at this location!!! I will not and would not ever recommend this location to anyone.

room was a100 degrees, a/c was poor and there were bugs all in our room from a window being left open, sheets had stains on them, a very bad experience, canceled our reservation and went to a different hotel
