This property had recently flooded and is being repaired. The indoor pools were closed. The elevator was making an awful noise as it went up and down between floors. The title of the hotel should mention that it was RECENTLY FLOODED and is under renovation. Extremely dissatisfied with it's condition.

Everything was great! The only complaint I have was that they couldn’t change a hundred dollar bill for our breakfast and I couldn’t feed my grandchildren or myself because that was all I had. We walked over to the Elegante hotel across the street and had an awesome breakfast buffet at a decent price!

The uninsulated window and thin walls meant we heard traffic noise all night and our neighbor's TV for hours. It was not a restful experience.

Just ok

Pros: water in the room for coffee
Cons: clean outside lobby area
Location: Good places to eat
I paid for two rooms, and the bed are too high. My mother n law and my wife are short and i had to go out and buy a stool. Went to the desk for a blankett /cover as it was cold in my mother n law room and was told that they had none. THE FIRE ALARM WENT OFF BOTH NIGHTS. AND NO ONE CAME OVER THE P.A. SYSTEM TO TELL US ANYTHING. AS BOTH MY WIFE AND MOTHER N LAW ARE HANDICAP. TWO 20.OZ COKES COST $6.00. The front desk person was talking about not getting her bonce. People were standing out out of the lobby smoking.and putting the butts on the ground. AND than i was told by the front desk that next time i can stay at the Fairfeild Inn next door
