Friendly staff. Could have had a better breakfast. Only thing hot was waffles. Had 2 different cereals and a few pastries

Justin

Though he was really polite, it took the older man at the desk 30 minutes to check me in. First he told me my card got declined after he already charged it. He then put me in a room with 2 Queens when I had reserved a king. On crutches I had to return to the front desk and show him my reservation online to get a king. I do not wish anything negative for him, however he needs help. I just had surgery and standing there for 30 minutes really hurt my foot
