I booked this for my elderly father and his brother for their brother in laws out of state funeral. I didn’t read the fine print well enough to see the cancellation time was 6 pm. I understood no cancellation fee so I booked them another LaQuinta room closer to my aunt’s house in Bridge City. However, when my 56 yo brother and I (53 yo) tried to stay in the room the front desk clerk refused to let us check in even though I had all the information to do so. I had to go get another room in Bridge City and still pay for a room no one used.

Hello Howard,Thank you for your response, I am sorry for your experience whilst trying to check in, after investigating this matter I understand the person trying to check in had no ID or Credit Card for incidentals. These items are essential when checking in. Once again we are very sorry.
