Cigarette holes in the dirty bedding that also had hair in it. Broken chair in the room, no water in the shower but wasn’t even offered to move to another room. Room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years, blood stains on the floor, in the bathroom, bathtub and bathroom door….literally looked like a previous crime scene. Dirty rags for towels, room smelled horrible. Bed is literally a busted old pullout couch bed that is broken and you are only given 2 pillows. Property is in terrible shape, pool had a blue tarp over it.

Room was terrible, not clean, peeling ceiling in the bathroom, walls with large repaired areas that weren't painted. Food left in the microwave, refrigerator dirty. Pills left on the floor, threw 2 away and got 1 from my service dog but he had ingested part of it. Advertise pool but it was out of service. Lighting was poor in the room. Bed was comfortable though although spread had burn marks all over it

The stay was pretty nice and comfortable for a kind of small room. It was cleaned well and had a decent amount of TV channels. The worst part was the man at the front desk trying to double charge me after i already made and paid a reservation. After waiting quite a while and finally settling that situation, i am NEVER getting a room there ever again!

Huge Roach climbing on the wall of my room and the A/c controls were inoperative. The ac was cooling but the unit looked like it was partially disassembled. I was afraid to touch it fearing it would stop. Sure, I could then ask for another room but since I checked in at midnight, I was tired. Just wanted to sleep. The bathtub needed to be replaced. Looks like it was patched and refinished/ touched up for years. That said, the staff was polite and I have no real complaints. It was a convenient location and I was in a SMOKING ROOM. Smoking rooms seem to always be beaten to hell.
