Liked the rooms, kitchenette, and access to laundry. Disliked the poor communication between manager and the guy at front desk communication. She would tell us one thing and let him know what she said and he would say no we can't. I'm like how you gone change what your manager told us and she was never around to confirm.

The room was great and what i had expected.
However i had to wait 30 minutes to get keys to my pre paid room. It was very inconvenient as i was trying to get to sleep.
Other than the inept employee covering your desk it was excellent

Address provided by website showed "No address exists" in my NAV system. Telephone number provided in confirmation "to talk directly to hotel facility" was only answered by off site personnel. The offsite personnel, put you on hold and would contact the on site personnel. No one off site or on site new what directions to use to get to the hotel. It supposedly fronts on I-10, this should be easy. After following incorrect directions from someone on site, I called back and was told the address in the confirmation email was incorrect. When I entered the address given, it was 99 miles away near Houston, not Beaumont. I called back and explained I was looking for a hotel in Beaumont not Houston, I was put on hold again. When he returned, he gave me the original address I had asked him about. as the correct one. I said "That is the original address I have given you for the last 3 phone calls and you have been telling me I have the wrong address". He put me on hold and did not come back in 5 minutes, so I hung up and called again. Same old story, no one had directions and when they tried to help they had me driving in circles between two exits off I-10. When I gave up and went 1 more exit out of Beaumont, I saw the hotel.
The worst hotel find it/check-in experience of my life.
