Exceptional country house in pure nature, air conditioning, heated pool

Between Nîmes and Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, and 7 km from all amenities, in the Beauvoisin countryside, you can have a delightful break in this large holiday home, while you also making use of the beaches, which are only 30 km away. The Camargue Nature Park is a real change of scene, with exceptional flora and fauna. Nîmes golf course is 14 km away, and Aigues-Mortes, a fortified town known for its magnificent salt marshes, is 22 km away.
The house has an adjoining property on the lounge side, but it causes no inconvenience nor affects privacy as outdoor life goes on on the other side of the farmhouse.
Entry is via the terrace with the dining area on the left, while the hall contains a separate WC. On the ground floor of the house is a bedroom with a king-size bed and adjoining shower room with WC, and a play area for children. A large passageway leads on the right to the dining room with two long tables and following on from this to the kitchen with table and chairs for six which looks out onto the larger terrace. To the left of the passageway is the TV lounge. Upstairs, a relaxation area is provided in the passageway. There is also a bedroom with two single beds and adjoining shower room and private WC, and a dormitory room with four single beds (2 bunks) and adjoining WC which connects with the bedroom, but can also be accessed from the passageway. There is a bedroom with two single beds and adjoining shower room with private WC, a bedroom with a king-size bed and adjoining bathroom with private WC, and a bedroom with a king-size bed with integrated shower room and private WC. All rooms apart from the dormitory have TV. The farmhouse is fully air conditioned.
This large, unenclosed 40-hectare wine-growing property has space to park six cars easily. You will have the benefit of an almost unlimited outdoor area, with 4,000 square metres of grounds adjoining the farmhouse. The large terrace serving as the dining area, between the Jacuzzi room and the kitchen, offers complete privacy, as does the pool house. There is another terrace outside the lounge, on the south side. The Jacuzzi can hold six people, and there is a shower in this room. The fenced, heated swimming pool, with three entry steps, has a shallow area for children across its full width. The pool house contains a sink and fridge. A solar shower and separate WC complete the facilities. You will enjoy the magnificent view of the Scamandre lake.
This holiday rental occupies an ideal location amid the vineyards and enables you to discover the Camargue with its rice paddies and its cattle ranches, but you will also have the opportunity to taste and buy the estate's AOC Costières de Nîmes wines on site.
