This is a TRUE ski in ski out property - you can literally ski up to the large dedicated mudroom.
Loads space for two families to vacation together.
Private 8 person spa - a great spot to view the fireworks.

The main level is conveniently located on the same floor as the single garage.
Here you will find a large entrance with ample room for coats and shoes.
The main living room is also on this floor, featuring a smart TV and a beautiful log wood gas fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings. The massive window provides a fantastic view, making it an ideal spot to unwind.
The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of cupboard space, a large dining table, and counter stools, making it perfect for gatherings. Step outside to the balcony, where you can soak in the large hot tub while enjoying the stunning mountain scenery and fireworks.

On the upper level, you'll find two beautifully appointed bedrooms.
The master suite boasts a king bed and an ensuite with a steam shower.
The second bedroom features a queen bed and an ensuite with a toilet, bathtub and shower.

The lower level offers additional space for family and friends, featuring two more bedrooms—one with a queen bed and the other with two bunk beds (single over double), accommodating everyone comfortably.
