Overall a lovely hotel with good sized room, balcony and bathroom. The included breakfast was decent - lots of choice - and the private beach with loungers was great to have right outside. The staff were generally very helpful too.

Perfect holiday.

Perfect location. Beautiful room with a lovely view. Very clean. Great gym and infinity pool. Close to the private beach where towels and sunbeds /umbrella provided. Lovely staff.

The hotel itself was pleasant overall. The breakfast wasn't bad, though I expected something more luxurious from a 5-star hotel. Upon arrival, we requested an upgrade to a higher floor, which they granted. However, the next morning at 8:30 AM, there was construction noise. It wasn't terrible because we were just heading down for breakfast. On our way, we spoke to the receptionist who apologized, explained it was only for that day, and offered to move us back to our original room. We had planned to go out that day anyway, so we stayed in the upgraded room, but it would have been nice if the hotel had informed us about the noise in advance. Regardless, when we returned to the hotel around noon, a lovely fruit platter and an apology letter from the hotel for the noise were waiting for us in the room. Additionally, on the first night, the hot water ran out, and we had to wait about 15 minutes for it to heat up again. I've never experienced that in a hotel before. All in all, we received good service, good food, and nice rooms. Still, my expectation for a 5-star hotel was for it to be a bit more grand and polished.

Rating: 2/5 I recently stayed at this hotel, which is advertised as a 5-star property, but my experience was far from luxurious. The negatives: - Noise Levels:The hotel is surrounded by noisy establishments, and loud music from the surrounding places played all night, making it nearly impossible to get any sleep. - Elevator Issues: The hotel has 12 floors but only two lifts, and one of them was frequently out of order. This caused long waits and significant inconvenience. - Beach Experience:The biggest disappointment was the beach. Despite being advertised as a 5-star hotel, there was no private beach. Instead, the hotel is next to an overcrowded public beach that was dirty and lacked any services or facilities. This was a major letdown. - Room Service:Room service was practically nonexistent at night. Despite the hotel’s supposed 5-star rating, I was unable to get any service when I needed it. - Pool Area: The pool area is poorly designed. It’s covered by a roof, so you can't enjoy sunbathing. Additionally, for a 12-floor hotel, the pool is tiny, and it’s nearly impossible to find a spot to relax. - Room Fridge:The fridge in our room wasn't working, which was another inconvenience that added to our overall dissatisfaction. - Gym Facilities: The gym was not as pictured on their website. The photos showed many weight plates, which led me to believe there would be bars available to use with them, but there were none. This was misleading and disappointing

Resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar çok ilgisizdi, odalar ve kahvaltı iyi değil. Oda tuvaletinin kapı kolu hem dışarıdan hem içeriden elimizde kaldı emanet tutturulmuş gibiydi. Türkiyedeki 5 yıldızlı oteller ile kıyas edilmesi mümkün değil.Akşam aşağısındaki İtalyan restoranında yemek yedik servis berbattı. Bizimle bir garsonun ilgilenmesini sağlamak yarım saat sürdü..

Good service and close to the beach & restaurants

At first, we were given a room where the air conditioning didn’t work, and it was incredibly warm. We reported this to the staff, who provided us with a fan for the night and made sure we were moved to a new room the next day — which we really appreciated. The staff were service-minded and very helpful. We booked taxis and several excursions through the reception, which made things very convenient. The gym was just the right size and had everything you need to keep up your workout routine. The pool on the first floor was clean and well-maintained, as were the shower facilities. The private beach area was also very clean and just a short walk away, making it easy to get down to the sun loungers by the water. There were always plenty of chairs available. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent. The proximity to the beach and all the nearby restaurants was a real luxury.

Gran hotel moderno en la playa. Habitación y cuarto de baño grandes. Cama comoda Dormi muy bien. Personal muy agradable. Me gusto mas el desayuno que la cena.
