Good location

The breakfast room is beautiful - right on the lake-side. There was building work going on, so trying to work from the room was a little frustrating due to the noise. I also found a bug in my room. But the bed was comfortable and the shower was good. Room service choice was also really good. Good value for money.

A few changes needed before I would return

Lovely welcome, reception smells lovely! I want to know what that scent is ! Food amazing, only a couple things that let it down for us, no A/C for a room that price, it was unbearably hot so we unfortunately had a terrible nights sleep, and no fridge so all our food went off / melted and drinks were so warm, also an information leaflet about local facilities would have helped, times prices etc, but did love the site, lots of games, free pool, outside darts etc

Room very warm, air con very noisy. WiFi wasn’t working as I had work to do, spoke with reception and they did nothing. Food was cold had to be sent back. Very disappointing as it’s been rebranded.
