WE NOW HAVE HIGH SPEED FIBER OPTIC INTERNET. Our place is absolutely amazing it’s the quietest place you will find nestled down a private dirt road. Fully stocked house for all your needs. 4 bedroom 3 bath that can sleep as much as you need. Kitchen has everything you need from pots, pans, spices, silverware, coffee bar, coffee, and basic condiments. Master bed has a super comfortable king size bed with a hypoallergenic mattress cover. bedding and towels are always fresh and clean for your stay. There is a full bath with a walk in shower in the master. There is a full bath with a walk in shower in the hall way as well. The 2nd bed room has a large king size bed. The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed and a set of bunk beds. The 4th bedroom has a queen size bed in it and a set of bunk beds. The living room has a futon that folds out into a bed. The is a 3rd full bath at the end of the hall with a bath tub and shower combo. There is a small laundry room with a washer and dryer combo for the longer stays if needed.

This was our second time staying at the property. It is an absolute favorite. We visited this time for our daughter’s graduation from SHSU, and the location was perfect to have our extended family stay with us. 5 starts isn’t enough for this property!

Family Reunion out of town guests

The default number of guest was nine. I did not change it. We had six people staying in the unit plenty of room plenty of bathrooms because we were all females. They enjoyed it immensely because they are city people than we were definitely in the country. The only lift was the weather which no one has control over and so the roads were pretty harrowing. And also the trash cans that were supposed to be there for our checkout were not located.

Peaceful off the beaten path

We were in town for a wedding and this was a nice place to gather our family in the evenings. Justin was great to work with and very fast on communication. We came into town in a hurry and should have shopped first. I would suggest to anyone planning on staying that they shop for their essentials first. Some rentals provide Shower soap, Ziploc bags, coffee pods etc. Overall we enjoyed the peace and quiet, and there was enough beds for all 7 of us.

Awesome place to stay!

This is the second time staying here for an A&M game and will not be our last! The split bedroom floor plan is great for families with lots of comfortable beds. It’s very peaceful and quiet place with fun activities for adults and kiddos. The covered parking space is also great for loading and unloading especially if it’s raining! Justin is quick to respond if you have any questions. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Large Private Home

Very nice, private home with plenty of room indoors and outdoors. We spent a lot of time outside playing corn hole and just enjoying the back porch. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were great for our group of 6. Everyone had their own space. Would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing Country Retreat

The property is comfortable, spacious, clean and well equipped. The owner was easy to communicate with and was very helpful. The location was convenient for us as our family gathered to attend a graduation in Huntsville. The porches are large and the area is quiet and secluded. Peaceful and Spacious place to stay while visiting TAMU

Our family included myself, my husband, my parents, and my husband's mother. We were there for TAMU Family Weekend. The house had plenty of space for all of us plus my son was able to get away from campus and stay one evening. We loved all the outdoor space and the peacefulness of the location. The frisbee golf holes were a hit with my husband and son. Everything was very clean and there was plenty of space to eat together inside and out on the back porch. We would definitely stay again.

Eclipse Getaway

I enjoyed everything about this property. It was secluded and felt “off grid”. The homeowner even gave us suggestions on things to do while we were there. Our purpose was the Eclipse in Waco, but the real treat was how perfect this house was. No noises from anywhere, except nature. Our “city kids” even went outside and played on the swings. We enjoyed the activities. We will definitely be back sometime soon.

Awesome place to relax and reconnect with family. Beautiful setting and wonderful backyard. I just wish it had been warm enough that we could’ve enjoyed it. Beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of room to spread out. We will definitely return.

Great little family getaway

Although we didn’t have little ones with us, they would have been accommodated! My family and a cousins family met in the middle to enjoy some quality family time! This out of the way location was soothing to the soul! The “bored teenager” wasn’t bored! He enjoyed the outdoors
frisbee golf, trails, etc. walkie talkies were available which helped ease parental minds because cell service was spotty. Thanks Justin for such a wonderful setup!

Private and comfortable!

This property was great for our group! The two rooms with the bunks were great for all the guys and they had their own bathroom. Down at the end of the hall there’s another bedroom with a bathroom and then the master with its own bathroom so no one was ever without an available potty or a shower. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen tools, pots and pans. There’s lots of space outside for activities like cornhole or chilling by the fire. By far my favorite thing was laying in the bowl swing hanging from a tree, looking at the stars (no light pollution!) and letting the wind move me. We had a great time and appreciated how awesome and friendly the property owner was!
