Marine house with excellent location and unbeatable views, on the beach of Sa Riera, 5 minutes by car from the village of Begur. There is an access to two other beautiful coves that are just touching the main beach, are the Cala Port des Pi and Cala del Rei. Begur, Costa Brava.

Capacity for 8 people, 4 rooms.

The house is in perfect condition. It is distributed on two floors; on the ground floor we find a bright and pleasant living room with large views, independent kitchen renovated and equipped with access to the main terrace, a double room with double bed, a bathroom with shower and a laundry room.

On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with single beds, a bathroom with shower. Exit to a large solarium on the beach of Sa Riera.

Within the property you can park 3 vehicles.

Ideal for spending family vacations. In the area there is variety restaurants which are accessed by walking to all of them,
supermarket open from April to September and souvenir shop.
You can do various aquatic activities such as scuba diving, Kayak and many other varieties. Ideal round paths to go and enjoy of beautiful views.

We remind you that linen and towels are not included in the price and can be rented for a fee of 10 € per person for sheets and 10 € per person for towels. Just let us know if you are interested so we can prepare everything for your arrival.
