I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was so bad that I feel obligated to warn other travelers
The hotel was extremely dirty, especially outside the bathroom area. The bathroom had a constant sewer-like smell that spread throughout the room. On top of that, there was a strong odor of urine that never went away no matter what we did. There was no window and no natural light at all, which made the room feel even more suffocating and unpleasant.
Hot water was unavailable most of the time, making it very difficult to shower or even wash properly. We were also told that toilet paper could not be flushed and had to be thrown in a bin, which only made the horrible smell even worse. To top it off, we were not even given proper shower towels — only paper towels were provided, which was completely unacceptable.
To make matters worse, the staff was completely unresponsive. Calls to the front desk went unanswered, and getting help for any issue felt impossible. When we finally decided we couldn’t tolerate the conditions any longer, we left the hotel three days earlier than planned — mainly because of the unbearable smell and unsanitary environment.
Before we left, the front desk promised they would contact us about a reimbursement. They never followed up and did not answer any of my calls afterward. Expedia representatives also tried multiple times to reach the hotel on our behalf and were ignored as well, despite their efforts to help.
This was an extremely disappointing.
