部屋に洗濯機のあるホテル
何度か利用させて頂いてますが、私の選択理由は洗濯機が部屋にあるという事につきます。日本のビジネスホテルならば、コインランドリーくらい常設されていますが、北京のビジネスホテルには何処を探してもありませんでした。また、フロントの対応ですが片言の中国語が話せれば問題ありませんでした。英語の出来るスタッフもいました。他の方が言うように水回りの悪い部屋もありますが、今回の3階の部屋は問題ありませんでした。ただ、3月から各部屋が値上げされてしまい、この値段では他のアパートメントホテルの方がコスパが良いと感じてしまいます。以前の価格に戻してくれる事を期待します。

Se llama Uoko Home!!!!
Nos costó mucho encontrar el alojamiento ya no se llama como se indica en la web , sino que se llama Uoko Home. El establecimiento se encuentra en el interior de un patio y no se ve desde la calle. La parada de metro más cercana es Dongdaquiao. Además cuando llegamos no tenían nuestra reserva y nos dijeron que sólo tenían disponibilidad en un apartamento en el sótano sin ventanas. Aceptamos porque no teníamos donde ir. El apartamento disponía de baño privado (separado de la habitación con una mampara de cristal), lavadora, nevera, kettle, WIFI. Era acogedor pero sin ventanas lo cual hacía imposible mantener una ventilación normal. Hay limpieza de las habitaciones diario. El personal casi no habla inglés pero nos entendimos bien.

チェックイン時間(午後2時)を過ぎているのに外で待たされた。 受付の対応も悪く、腹が立つ。 チェックアウト後、デポジット(300人民元)のリターンも、 銀行に確認してくださいと、意味不明な且つ無責任な対応をとられた。

親切なスタッフ
今回が2回目の宿泊です。チェックインはモタモタでしたが、部屋は前回と異なり水回りも清掃もOKでした。早朝４時台のチェックアウトで不安でしたが対応が良く、タクシーも荒天の中探してくれました。

水回りが悪い。
立地条件が良く、スタッフもフレンドリーなのですが、トイレが詰まりやすく、シャワーの水が部屋内に流れたりと水回りは最悪。掃除もおざなりな感じで汚い。あまり気にしない方ですが、シャワールームが特に汚い。長期滞在に便利と思っていましたが残念です。
