The staff was wonderful and the room was clean. The bed was comfortable and the food from the restaurant was delicious. The is not parking available on site but there is a parking garage directly across the street. I would stay there again.

Great Location

Great location! We went to Truffles every morning for breakfast. Located on Sandy row which is a very interesting walk. Everything is nearby including excellent restaurants and pubs. Staff were great, knowledgeable and helpful.

Yet another great stay

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times visiting my daughter at university. The service only gets better with each visit. The breakfast has always had good options. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

This is a very busy hotel. There seemed to be stag & hen parties using the hotel in addition to concert goers. We were woken during the night by people partying in a nearby room.

Overall service was good, but due to an issue with a wet bed, we had to change rooms as it was a known issue. The new room was smaller and was tad comfortable. First world issues but due to the Aussie dollar everything costs double

Couldn’t recommend this place more. Rooms were very nice and good value for money. This was my first hotel stay alone and the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and kind. Even when I woke up at 3am looking a soft they seemed more than happy to serve me and help me out. Anytime I walked past a staff member or security they greeted me and smiled at me. Food was also very nice and not obscenely priced. If you’re looking for a stay near the city centre on a budget and don’t want to safrifice the quality. These are your guys.

The hotel was within walking distance of many of the attractions we wanted to see while in Belfast. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff was very helpful. Would stay there again.

Good location, breakfast was acceptable albeit hot items were cold and the coffee was terrible. Some sort of americano in a "teapot." Milk was not served with it but we got it ourselves from a cereal station. Overal average service at the bar or restaurant and not attentive. Walls are very thin, the guests next room were too loud and it was very disruptive. The gentlenem at the check-in (29.5. afternoon) was very attentive, offered lots of good tips about Belfast and was the only pleasant experince, I wish I got his name to compliment his excellent and cheerfull welcome.
