Restaurant was fine for buffet breakfast. For evening dining had to leave after one hour and 15 minutes without having been served on Easter Sunday. Appeared to be completely understaffed.

Staff are very good, hotel is nice, breakfast was good, i was told parking is charged once i got there, however on the way out they waved the fee at reception and the room i stayed in had strong waste smell coming from the bathroom, when i told staff they addressed it and the reminder of the stay was pleasant. Over all happy with my stay.

Voco is such an incredible hotel in Belfast, outdoor area is really lovely with nice waterfront outside, staff are lovely and attentive and have provided incredible customer experience. the decor of the hotel is really nice
