Ideally located in a calm and peaceful private domain, it has a heated swimming pool (10 x 4 m) and secured via an electric shutter, a pretty panoramic outdoor park with a beautiful living space (covered terrace, BBQ area , sunbathing), with a cozy and warm decoration, it is an ideal place to spend a good holiday with family or friends.

It is located 1km from the beach and the main amenities (commercial area) and 7km from the center of Ile Rousse.

Grande maison familiale très agréable
Maison de famille rénovée avec gout, très spacieuse, équipement parfait pour passer des vacances en famille ou en amis. Piscine chauffée est un plus. Située dans un endroit calme.Tres belle vue. Hôte aux petits soins d'une très grande gentillesse. Super accueil et très souple pour l'arrivée et le départ. Encore merci

Belles vacances en famille
Nous étions 9 donc très au large dans cette grande maison très agréable bien qu'un peu vieillissante. Très bien accueillis par Julien, avec un grand panier de légumes du jardin et des œufs frais ! Joye (très sympathique chien) nous a accompagnés lors de nos randos au départ de la maison. Pour la plage, c'est plutôt 2.5 kms et en voiture (délicat de le faire à pieds).

Des vacances de reve !
Excellent accueil et surtout un endroit magnifique qui nous a beaucoup plu les grands comme les enfants. Maison tres spacieuse, piscine agréable et proche du bord de mer. Merci a Melissa pour avoir fait tout son possible afin que le séjour se passe le mieux du monde. Nous reviendrons!

Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances dans cette villa bien située. La maison est conforme à la description et nous y reviendrons c est sur ! La gentillesse de nos hotes ajoutée à leur discrétion apporte un plus incroyable. Un service sans pareil avec des légumes frais du jardin, du materiel complementaire a la demande, drive récupéré et rangé à notre arrivée, des conseils sur la région... La piscine est au top, nettoyée plusieurs fois pendant le séjour. Il y a vraiment de quoi se detendre dans un lieu comme celui là. N hésitez surtout pas !

Maison très bien situé, piscine top, coin repas extérieur top quelques guêpes mais comme partout… on a acheté une raquette électrique !! Propriétaire très sympathique qui dans la semaine nous a apporté des victuailles de sont jardin, petit panier garni en arrivant. La maison est très bien rapport qualité / prix nous etions 13. Nous reviendrons très certainement!!
