Die Anlage ist gut gepflegt, Pool super, die Ferienwohnung bräuchte einen kleinen Update: Aufhängung für Duschkopf im Bad, Verkleidung Dunstabzugshaube über Herd, ... Die Strandnähe ist toll. Wichtig wäre zu erwähnen, dass das Appartement am Rande der Anlage sich befindet und eine kleine Durchgangsstraße mit Verkehr nah daran vorbeiführt.

Pulizia non sufficiente,il proprietario ci ha risarcito il costo delle pulizie

Appartamento carino, spazioso, posizione comoda a 6 km circa dall' Ile rousse, con piscina, peccato per la pulizia insufficiente pare per problemi con il precedente inquilino. Consiglio di farsi carico sempre e comunque delle pulizie per non incorrere in questi sgradevoli inconvenienti. Il soggiorno avrebbe avuto una valutazione sicuramente più positiva

Très bon séjour à Lozari, appartement bien situé à 50m d’un supermarché, très bien équipé et très propre. Seul (petit) bémol : l’absence de Wifi alors que l’annonce mentionne la mise à disposition d’Internet.

Comoda ed accogliente

Casa confortevole ed accogliente, a poche decine di metri da un grande supermercato e boulangerie, 10 minuti a piedi dalla bellissima spiaggia di Lozari, circa 10/15 minuti in auto da L'Ile Rousse. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Penso che ritorneremo (per l'ennesima volta) in questo residence. Grazie di tutto.

Residence molto carino e curato. Bella passeggiata per raggiungere la spiaggia,mare molto molto bello. Unica nota negativa la referente sul posto per l’appartamento perché maleducata.
