We had a wonderful stay at the Golden Bay Hotel. Orlando was quick to respond to help set up our transfer to and from the airport. Jorge did a great job of picking us up and telling us about Belize and places to see. Orlando was quick and efficient at check in while telling us about the construction for the expansio of their property. He offered to move us to a quieter room and then comped us breakfast when we told him we would be fine where we were. Breakfast was fabulous and the views from the rooftop were a great way to kick off our trip. Johnathan was also great in taking us back to the airport to meet our tour group in the afternoon. All around great stay!

The staff were incredibly responsive and friendly. They helped us with finding a tour guide and rides to the airport. When there was a glitch in our pick up, they made it right by offering a complimentary breakfast. The room was clean and well appointed. The only issue was that we had no window to look out as they were under construction so it was a bit off putting. However location was perfect, right on the water and within walking distance to the cruise ship area.

The room was clean and amenities seemed new and fresh, the hotel restaurant was phenomenal, and the staff was very kind and professional. setting up the stay, and the drive from the airport was very simple and all staff was quite responsive. thank you for a great stay.
