Bell Tent #7 - The Fields at East Canyon

The Fields at East Canyon are located at East Canyon State Park's Dixie Creek Campground on the North Side of the East Canyon Reservoir. Come and reconnect with true family style camping. Come and make memories, or escape the evening heat of the valley with your family, friends, and loved ones. The Family of Bell Tents at the Fields of East Canyon provide you a basecamp to begin your weekend or over night adventure!
The space
The Fields of East Canyon State Park:
A boater and glamper paradise up in the Wasatch Mountains, The Fields at East Canyon State Park by Western Glamping and Outdoor Co. is your basecamp for adventure. Your stay includes access to the following amenities of the park:

Beach access, marina and boat launch, paddle sport rentals (canoes, kayaks, paddle boards), jets ski rentals, motorboat rentals, concessions, drinking water, family games (WGOC - Club House), fishing (by permit), hiking trails, hot showers, modern restrooms, parking, picnic tables, wildlife viewing, and 24/7 ranger on duty.

Glampsite:
Your individual tent (20' diameter X 11' tall; by Stout Tents) includes double doors on both sides of the tent, a queen bed, four twins, soft rugs, a sturdy camp table, 2 LED lanterns, and pixie lights. As most folks really love their own bedding when glamping, don't forget to bring your own sheets, pillows, and blankets to make this 20' Bell Tent your own (bedding service available for a fee).

Outside your tent you will find a three burner Camp Chef stove with grill box, fry pan, and an extra burner. We also have a pizza box and larger fry pans available at the WGOC-club house for larger groups who want to cook together at one site. A nice 8-person picnic table and propane fire pit is also located at your site. In an effort to help you beat the afternoon heat, a 8 foot by 10 foot awning is available for your site. But if its heat you want to beat, run down to the beach front and take a dip in the reservoir, grab a kayak or sup, or rent a jet ski! There are many ways to cool off at the reservoir!

Guest access
During your stay you will have access to your individual bell tent, camp chef cooking unit, fire pit, and awning. There is also an area for parking right next or near your tent. You are allowed one car per unit rented. Once inside the park, you will also have access to all the amenities of East Canyon State Park. Amenities include beach access, marina and boat launch, paddle sport rentals (canoes, kayaks, paddle boards), jets ski rentals, motorboat rentals, concessions, drinking water, family games (WGOC - Club House), fishing (by permit), hiking trails, hot showers, modern restrooms, parking, picnic tables, wildlife viewing, and 24/7 ranger on duty.
Other things to note
The Fields at East Canyon are brought to you through a collective partnership between Western Glamping and Outdoor Company, East Canyon State Park, and Students of the Recreation Administration Program (RAM) of Utah State University. The purpose of this Glamping Site is to provide students in the RAM program with an opportunity to introduce first generation campers to the State of Utah park system, and to camping and outdoor recreation activities near their home bases.
