Ride right out of the backyard on our dirt ribbon to the Mighty Pine Trail. We don't ride no roads to get to the trails here! Serve the crew gourmet vittles in the massive open kitchen & dining area. You know, EVERYONE gathers in the kitchen! I mean it's got it's own island! The area has flow, it just feels right! Your crew can gather at the table, the bar, the high top, etc. We know that Coffee is more than just a drink, it's what makes the world wake up! Brewing a pot, a quick cup, or even a mocha or late! We got your cafe-een fix, the Kurig has both single cup, espresso, and Late-Mocha maker.

Want to get that family all situated and satisfied? YOU FOUND IT! There are 5 bedrooms in this treadtracks retreat. Mom & Dad you get the SWEET-SUITE is all I can say. King Bed, full bath, and a door to get out on the deck is so easy to love. (For those that might have to "check-in" to work, we have a motorized standing desk and office chair for you to spend a few moments catching up. ) Lastly, we have a trundle toddler bed for the little one that needs to be a bit closer to mom & dad to get a good night's sleep.

Up Stairs there are two bedrooms, both with KING beds. One has an additional toddler trundle for a little one. Memory foam mattresses, clean and fresh linens, towels, clothing baskets, dressing bench, etc. Get a GREAT night's sleep and recharge for your activities.

Wait, what about that 4th KING sized bed? In the beautiful walkout basement we have a room for the early riser! Boasting a king bed, sitting area, coffee maker, your own bike racks and more! An exit right out to the trail anyone wanting to get in that early ride, run or hike will find this bedroom to be the bomb.

Lastly we have the bunkhouse! With 2 bunk/trundle beds you can sleep 6 kids! Our kids always loved their bunk beds! After busy days biking, exploring, on the lake, etc. they need a place to relax, watch a movie on the tv or just crash out and recharge those batteries for another day of fun!

Direct Trail Access in the backyard to the new Mighty Pine Trail which leads to Slaughter Pen, Wonderland, Blowing Springs and the Gear Garden! This 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is an entertainer's dream with multiple outdoor porches and decks and a full bonus room and bar area in the walkout basement.

Enjoy multiple deck spaces and a firepit on this very private lot. As you enter, you are greeted by an open floor plan with solid wood flooring. The kitchen is well appointed with custom cabinetry finished to the ceiling, stainless appliances, granite countertops, and a slate backsplash. The primary suite is located away from the other two upstairs bedrooms and has access to the custom back deck overlooking the woods. The walkout basement has a large bonus/media room with HUGE TV. Two bedrooms and bath with a separate outside entries.

The Garage has a full on MTB parking area with Steady Racks for 16 bikes!!! (No goat rodeo with bikes lying around here!)

Entertain and create fantastic meals in our large gourmet kitchen and grilling area. With the center island and breakfast bar all of your meals at 6 Albany will be filled with conversation and laughter. Our deck has a new gas grill ready for burgers, dogs or t-bones. Downstairs find the mini-fridge and bar area for the "kids" late night snacks!

Right out the back door you can shred the trails! From the door you can ride to Wonderland, Slaughter Pen, Blowing Springs, Back 40 and Lil Sugar ALL without hitting the city streets. Want a longer ride? Head out on the greenway to Coler with only a few blocks on the road to the hidden Entrance just above the Airship Coffee & Beer bar nestled in Coler's trails.
