I was on business and was in need of an iron to iron a shirt. The one in the room was not working, I called the front desk to have one switched and they told me that housekeeping were not working and will be in later. I asked the man at the desk to just switch one from another room and he said no.

Location is not far from the downtown area. The room needed to be properly vacuumed as there were bits of debris on the floor. The bathroom door did not close easily as actual force had to be applied and once closed it was difficult to open without making a scraping sound between the door jamb and door. The door to the room had its own issue with noise making that could be easily addressed with some WD40. THE HVAC system could not be controlled within the room leaving for cold conditions.There was no ventilation in the bathroom. IN THE EARLY MORNING HOURS there were on three different occasions other guests in the common hallway that were loud with their conversations disturbing sleep.

The indoor swimming pool has very poor quality not allowed us even touching the water and with very limited volume of light. The breakfast was so cheap.

The staff made this property an amzing stay. The breakfast was good but could habe more options and the rooms were somewhat dated. This hotel is a good deal for the price

There was a big convention going on and it was very noisy and not to mention some guests were cooking in their rooms(which is not allowed) made the hotel smell really bad

Old, decrepit hotel. Paper thin walls, you can hear kids screaming in the hallway in the early hours of the morning. Breakfast was a mess, the breakfast area was very dirty and they were missing coffee. After 20 min the coffee was replenished. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone even for an overnight stay.

The worst thing I could ever find is the bed with a stain in it. I took a photograph. I went down to the front desk. They gave me another room. But in my mind, it doesn’t fix things. My wife is with me. And I don’t no forget any sleep tonight. I would like my money back and an apology.
