The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption (10 kWh of electricity and 10 liters of fuel oil for the boiler included; any additional fuel will be charged to the tenant at the rate in effect on the day of departure).
