Come relax lakeside! Spacious and architecturally exceptional main floor residence of our Manor. This is truly the gem of Lake Whatcom. Two large luxury suites, a private great room facing the lake with a granite fireplace, a library mezzanine area and large private balcony with seating and separate BBQ from other property guests. This is the largest of three units on the property, boasts an expansive lake view and has the best access to all of the property amenities.

The great room is inviting and comfortable with high ceilings, unobstructed water views, a large granite fireplace, a coffee station, wine cart, seating and stairs to the upper mezzanine floor.

The Nautilus Master Suite has a fantastic water view, french doors to access the balcony, seating area, king bed in our turret, two ensuite powder bathrooms joined by a breezeway style shower, a bathtub, and a kitchenette area with coffee, microwave and mini fridge.

The second suite, Stargazer, includes a king bed, window seating nook, ensuite bathroom, kitchenette area with coffee, microwave and mini fridge, and a loft with two twin beds accessed by a ladder.

This rental is the main and upper floors of the manor home, it includes two large suites, great room, balcony, and an additional guest bath in the living area. These spaces are private to your party completely. Additional rentals on the property include the Garden Guesthouse unit for up to four guests and a spacious studio apartment on the ground level of the main house for two people. You will have no guests staying under or above your space.

Our outdoor pool is open seasonally, mid May through mid September (fully weather dependent), and is heated to a comfortable temperature. Our 6 person above ground hot tub is available year round and located on the pool deck area. The pool and hot tub are property amenities that are shared by guests in the three on site units.

We have an array of single and double kayaks, a canoe, and some various floaties and lake toys. Our boathouse at the base of the dock has couches, kayak gear, paddles and lifejackets, a small fridge, and chairs to use on the dock and beach. Our dock is year round, with an additional float in the summer season. The dock area and boathouse are property amenities that are shared by guests in the three on site units.

PLEASE NOTE, each suite has a kitchenette that includes a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and kettle but this listing DOES NOT HAVE A FULL KITCHEN. There is no cooking area except the BBQs, BBQ tools are supplied.

The patios, lawns, and balcony area are all available for your use! As well as our lakeshore, boathouse and dock. Please keep your group only on our property during your stay, respect the neighbors lakeshore and lawns.

There are no stores or restaurants in walking distance. Downtown Bellingham is 15min by car, Barkley Village shopping and entertainment is about 5min by car, the Canadian Border is about 45min by car and Mt Baker Wilderness is 45min-1hr by car. Uber Eats and Door Dash do deliver to the house, but to get around the neighborhood and see what Bellingham has to offer you will want a vehicle. There are nearby hiking trails at Lake Whatcom Park, about 5/8min driving further down the lake.

This is a laid back, lake sport oriented area. Lots of neighboring families enjoying their time on the water! There is a small neighborhood grocery store about 3 minutes away and you are a five minute drive from Barkley Village restaurants, movie theater, taphouse, smoothie bar, shopping and more!
