Centrally located, this one-bedroom apartment is next to the EOC (Regional Hospital of Bellinzona e Valli), making it ideal for healthcare personnel, researchers, etc., but also for family members and friends of inpatients who need convenient access to the hospital, without sacrificing the comfort and warmth of a cozy home.

CASA GIANNA is a romantic duplex where wood is the protagonist, in the furniture, parquet flooring and ceilings, creating the atmosphere of a mountain cottage: there is even a nice stove to warm up your winter evenings! The living room consists of the relaxation area, with TV and a comfortable sofa. Next to it, there is the separate kitchen, complete with everything you need and the dining table. From here you have access to the wooden balcony, where you can relax and enjoy the mild climate of Ticino in every season. Going up the stairs, you enter the sleeping area, with the lovely master bedroom and the log cabin-style closet, where you can store all your wardrobe. The apartment is completed by the original bathroom with shower.

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

The apartment does not have private parking, but there are paid public parking spaces nearby.

Visit the beautiful castles, UNESCO World Heritage Sites Castel Grande, Montebello and Sasso Corbaro: they offer spectacular views of the city and surrounding mountains. Each castle has its own fascinating history and offers visitors the chance to explore towers, defensive walls and inner courtyards. Bellinzona\'s historic center is a labyrinth of narrow cobblestone streets, picturesque squares and old buildings in vibrant colors. How to arrive:

By car: From the Bellinzona Nord exit of the A13 motorway, continue to Via Galbisio, Via Giuseppe Lepori and Via Mirasole. After following the GPS, you will then be on Via Lugano in the direction of Via Ospedale. From here in 2 minutes you will be in front of the apartment. From the motorway exit to the apartment it is about 13 minutes by car.

By public transportation: Once you arrive at the Bellinzona FFS Station, walk 2 minutes to the stop \"Bellinzona, Via Pellandini\" and take bus no. 5 in the direction of \"Ravecchia, Madonna della Neve\" for 9 stops (8 minutes) and get off at \"Bellinzona, Ospedale.\" From there in a 1-minute walk you will be in front of the apartment.
